Monthly Sunday Service

in-person at Ruby Retreats at Camino Ranchito 

 

Sacred Sundays is a community gathering for spiritual seekers and is centered around yogic practices and meditation. We will lead a 15-minute yoga postures (asana) sequence followed by pranayama. Service will include mantra chanting, brief dharma talk, meditation and inner communion.

Feel welcome to bring a sacred object for the altar or bring some fruit for prasad, blessed offering.
