About The Event
Sacred Sundays is a community gathering for spiritual seekers and is centered around yogic practices and meditation. Steven will lead a 30 minute tadasana (standing) sequence. Service will include mantra chanting, brief dharma talk, meditation and inner communion.
For those coming in-person feel welcome to bring a sacred object for the altar. Or bring some fruit for prasad, blessed offering.
