About The Event
Sacred Sundays is a community gathering for spiritual seekers and is centered around yogic practices and meditation. We will lead a 15-minute yoga posture (asana) sequence followed by pranayama. Service will include mantra chanting, brief dharma talk, meditation, inner communion and tea.
