Release and Renewal - Day Retreat

Embrace the time of transition so you can take the best of the old year and consciously release what no longer serves. Through the vehicle of yoga, reflection and journaling we can draw all that has to be released. In our burning bowl ceremony, we integrate  sacred chanting to guide you on the surrendering of those energies.

Guided discussion and reflective practice follows. Develop your vision for the new year and bring your soul aspirations to the surface. We will provide guidance on how to take action in the year ahead.
