About The Event

This 4-week virtual series will provide meditation techniques in the ancient science of yoga that includes the three stages of relaxation, concentration, and expansion. You will learn the best meditation posture for your body, breathing exercises, affirmation, visualization techniques, and much more!

All aspects of life improve when you meditate daily. You start to react less to life situations and respond more from a place of inner calmness. Bad habits start to fall away as the neuro-connections in the brain begin to rewire and transform.
